Miami, FL. – Una inyección de alegría, una energía distinta, un canto a la vida con mayúsculas. Todo eso y mucho más es “Este Tren”, el tema escogido por Rozalén como primer adelanto del que pronto se convertirá en su cuarto álbum, producido nuevamente por su inseparable compañero Ismael Guijarro.
Al ritmo de una batería que simula el trepidante traqueteo movimiento del tren y con una estructura que prescinde de estribillo, Rozalén redondea un tema vibrante y apasionado, que habla de la necesidad de aprovechar las oportunidades que se presentan una sola vez en la vida. Y donde también, nos habla también de la importancia de cuidarse a uno mismo pensando en los demás. “Es una canción que me llena el pecho de júbilo cada vez que la interpreto, que me provoca ganas de vivir”, confiesa la albaceteña.
En “Este Tren” hay mucho de lo que podremos encontrar en su próximo disco, de esa filosofía tan suya que apuesta por entregarnos a los demás a partir de nosotros mismos, “para que lo que ofrezcamos sea algo de primera calidad”. “Porque mimarse a uno mismo no es dejar de lado a los otros, sino todo lo contrario”, reflexiona la cantante y compositora.
La canción creada antes de una cuarentena que ha propiciado joyas como “Aves enjauladas“, el tema benéfico que creó y grabó en pleno confinamiento para transmitir un mensaje de optimismo, y que se ha convertido en uno de los himnos de la crisis actual. Desde luego, el encierro no puede con Rozalén, que sigue activa con conciertos en Instagram y Facebook, con iniciativas en favor del Banco de Alimentos o colaborando en canciones con otros artistas, como fue en el caso de los “Abrazos Prohíbidos” de Vetusta Morla, en apoyo a los trabajadores de la Sanidad Pública.
El nuevo álbum de Rozalén llegará tras el verano y será el cuarto de su carrera, tras debutar en 2013 con Con derecho a…, lanzar en 2015 Quién me ha visto… y confirmar todas las expectativas de su deslumbrante carrera en 2017 con Cuando el río suena…, que fue número 1 en ventas y le reportó dos nominaciones a los Latin GRAMMY®.

ROZALÉN Releases New Single “ESTE TREN,” From Her Upcoming New Studio Album
Miami, FL. – A joy booster, a new energy, a song to celebrate life. All this, and much more, is “Este tren” the song Rozalén premiered on May 21st and the lead single from her upcoming album, which was produced by her inseparable colleague Ismael Guijarro. Her fourth full-length effort, to be released after the summer, promises to be as fresh as this love song of fellow human beings that she now unveils.
To the beat of a drum imitating the fast-paced rattle of a train and boasting a structure that dispenses with a chorus, Rozalén rounds off a vibrant and passionate song about the need to seize once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. The song is also about the importance of taking care of yourself while you think of others. “It is a song that fills my heart with joy every time I play it, that makes me want to live,” Rozalén admits.
On “Este Tren” we find much of what we can expect from Rozalén’s upcoming album and also of her own personal philosophy, which encourages to give ourselves to others from our own selves, “so that what we offer is something of the highest quality“. “Because cherishing oneself is not neglecting others, but quite the opposite,” reflects the singer-songwriter.
Also, the song was written before a quarantine that has spawned gems such as “Aves enjauladas” a charity single written and recorded by Rozalén in full confinement which conveys a message of optimism and has now become one of the anthems of the current crisis. During the lockdown, Rozalén has not stopped giving shows on Instagram and Facebook, taking initiatives in favor of the Food Bank or collaborating on other artists’ songs, such as Vetusta Morla’s “Los abrazos prohibidos,” in support of Public Health workers.
Rozalén’s fourth album will arrive after the summer. Her debut effort Con derecho a… was released in 2013, followed in 2015 by Quién me ha visto… and she confirmed all expectations of a dazzling career in 2017 with Cuando el río suena…, which hit #1 in sales charts and received two Latin GRAMMY® nominations.
