Miami, Florida – El cantante y compositor puertorriqueño Luis Figueroa nos conmueve con el lanzamiento de “Noche de Paz”, su primera canción navideña. Esta interpretación angelical se encuentra disponible en todas las plataformas de música digital, y el video se puede disfrutar a través de su canal de YouTube.
Dando una de sus mejores interpretaciones hasta la fecha, Luis demuestra su poder vocal en este villancico austriaco del Siglo XIX donde es acompañado por la guitarra acústica del músico ecuatoriano Homero Gallardo. Luis también funge como productor del tema.
Luis comenta que “Noche de Paz” le trae recuerdos gratos de su infancia: “La Navidad se trata de la paz, de compartir el amor, de dar con el corazón. Quería presentar algo conocido, fresco e íntimo. En mi infancia, siempre cantaba esta canción en Nochebuena en mi iglesia, entonces siempre ha ocupado un lugar especial para mi durante esta temporada”.
Filmado en Miami por el director Ranahj Daniels, el video nos transporta a un espacio íntimo donde destacan el sentimiento de Luis y las imágenes de una fogata para calentar las noches de invierno.
En diciembre 2019, el popular servicio de streaming Pandora destacó a Luis Figueroa en su influyente lista Latin Artists to Watch 2020, dándole exposición con oyentes que adoran descubrir música nueva. Recientemente, la prestigiosa revista Billboard nombró a Luis entre los 17 Artistas Latinos Masculinos A Descubrir Durante Esta Cuarentena. Además, su sencillo “Te Deseo” alcanzó el puesto #24 en la lista Latin Pop Airplay de Billboard. LUIS FIGUEROA Releases His First Christmas Song “NOCHE DE PAZ”
Miami, Florida – The rising Puerto Rican singer-songwriter Luis Figueroa today unveils his first Christmas song with the release of “Noche de Paz” (Silent Night). This angelic rendition is available on all digital-music platforms and the music video can be enjoyed on his YouTube channel.
Giving one of his most stunning performances to date, Luis dedicates his soulful vocal power to this 19th-century Austrian Christmas carol in which he is solely accompanied on acoustic guitar by the Ecuadorian musician Homero Gallardo. Luis also serves as producer of the song.
Luis recalls that “Noche de Paz” brings back memories of his childhood: “Christmas is about peace, sharing love and giving with your heart. I wanted to present something familiar, fresh and intimate. As a child, I used to always sing this song on Christmas Eve at my church, so it has always had a special place for me during this time of year.”
Filmed in Miami by the director Ranahj Daniels, the music video takes us to an intimate nook with images that highlight Luis’ sentiment and portray an open fire to warm up winter evenings.
In December 2019, the popular streaming platform Pandora named Luis Figueroa to its influential music-discovery playlist Latin Artists to Watch 2020.
