EL REY DEL REGGAETON UNE FUERZAS CON WISIN Y YANDEL PARA EL SENCILLO PRODUCIDO POR LUNY TUNES
San Juan, Puerto Rico – El ícono de la música latina, Don Omar, revela su secreto mejor guardado con el lanzamiento de su nuevo sencillo “SANDUNGA”, con el que ha logrado un histórico reencuentro entre los productores Luny Tunes y los intérpretes de Reggaeton Wisin & Yandel.
El versátil exponente logró esta reunión después de más de una década sin grabar juntos y el resultado es un tema que marcará un antes y un después por su explosivo sonido que mantiene la esencia del ritmo urbano, y regresa a la audiencia a las raíces del género. Este tema forma parte de su EP “Don Omar Presenta: Back to Reggaeton” y ya está disponible en todas las plataformas digitales.
Luny Tunes, el dúo de productores dominicanos conformado por Francisco Saldaña y Víctor Cabrera, ha sido pieza fundamental en las carreras, tanto de Don Omar, como de Wisin & Yandel, desde sus inicios con un sinnúmero de éxitos que le han dado la vuelta al mundo. En esta nueva etapa, todos trabajaron por una entrega que, sin duda, será histórica.
“Compartir en este tema con Wisin & Yandel y Luny Tunes era algo que quería hacer hace mucho tiempo. No solo logramos regresar a las raíces del género, sino que el resultado es maravilloso y por haber desarrollado juntos nuestras carreras, todo fluyó maravillosamente. Tienen que prepararse para ‘SANDUNGA’, es el mejor tema de Reggaeton de los últimos tiempos”, indicó Don Omar.
“Con este tema hemos logrado reflejar gran parte de lo que es la cultura urbana, de donde salen todos esos ritmos que hoy forman parte del género, pero que tienen otras influencias musicales. Este tema se siente, se baila, se disfruta… y te lleva a esos inicios en donde el Reggaeton era, precisamente eso, SANDUNGA”, añadió.
El video fue filmado en Miami por Carlos Pérez de Elastic People y contó con más de 25 bailarines.

Esta nueva propuesta de Don Omar, llega tras el rotundo éxito que tuvo con “Forever King”, el primer álbum que presentó tras cuatro años sin lanzar un disco de estudio. Esta producción incluyó 14 temas y varios de ellos se colocaron de manera inmediata en las primeras posiciones de las métricas de popularidad más importantes de la industria musical.

After over a decade without recording together, the multifaceted artists orchestrated a reunion that promises to be a game-changer. The collaboration possesses an explosive sound, preserving the very essence of música urbana and transporting the audience back to the genre’s origins. Out today, the song is part of the EP “Don Omar Presenta: Back to Reggaeton.”
Luny Tunes, the Dominican production duo composed of Francisco Saldaña and Víctor Cabrera, have played a crucial role in the early careers of both Don Omar and Wisin & Yandel, churning out numerous global hits. In this new phase, their collaborative effort promises to be nothing short of historic.
